I wanted to put a little twist to Mika's art activities instead of using the typical marker, crayon and water color painting, why not try dot painting! I've seen a lot of mommies sharing dot painting activities in their blog and it always seem like a fun less messy art activity for the children.

Bye bye pacifier

They say it takes 21 days to change a habit...and it has been 26 days since Mika had his last pacifier or more fondly known as 'Cucut'. And I'm proud to say that Mika is now Cucut free hooray!

23 months Update

I received an email from Baby Center this morning reminding me that Mika is officially 23 months and 1 week old. Which also reminded me that it'll be his second birthday soon and I haven't made any birthday plans yikes! Better get cracking soon!

MusikGarten KK - A review

Mika have been attending music classes at MusikGarten Kota Kinabalu for a little over a month now. It's not really your typical music classes teaching instruments (like piano) per se, it's more of a singing and dancing class for toddler aged 16 months to 4 years old accompanied by parent. Musikgarten have several music classes catering to children in different age group, even as young as a newborn.
